BEFORE BOOKING A BOAT:

GATHER YOUR FRIENDS

The boats accommodate 11 beautiful people.  You and your friends will have your own boat with two captain to look after you.   A minimum of 4 people per booking.   Minimum age: 19 years old.

 

CHOOSE A WEEK

The Boat Week will be taking place around Lake Shuswap.  Groups can choose between 4 different dates.  We do not organize travel/flight.

July 26-30 | August 16-20 | August 23-27

 

CHOOSE THE BOAT

Boat prices: $550 per person.  Once you have chosen and booked your boat,a cash damage deposit will be required upon arrival.

 

HOW TO BOOK:

You can either pay for your trip all up-front or you can pay with the three tiered payment plan ( spread over 3 months).

1) THE PAYMENT PLAN (Pay over 3 months)

2) DAMAGE DEPOSIT (cash only)

Each person on the boat will be responsible for a $100 damage deposit. As long as no damages have been done to the boat upon check out, all participants will get the damage deposit back.

Groups: The easiest way to look after the damage deposit for a group booking is to collect money from people in the group and leave a credit card number with the Boat Week office.  Following the trip, as long as no damages have been done, the person who who collected the money will distribute it back to people in the group.

Individuals: If you are by your lone-some, you will have to stop by The Boa Week office and drop of your damage deposit money or give it to a boat captain when you arrive at the docks.

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

When you filled in all details and booked your boat, you habe 24 hours to decide if you want to keep the booking.

  • If you pay your booking, you are confirmed and fixed.  No money back if you decide to cancel the booking.
  • Please check your spam filter if you do not receive your confirmation email

PAYMENT PLAN

The payment plan is broken down into 3 payment over 3 months. Once you choose this option your Credit Card will automatically be charged each month till your trip is paid for.

  1. 1/3 of the total cost paid
  2. 2/3 of the total cost paid
  3. Total cost paid (Last Payment)  See details below

Payment plan is based on time of booking.

*REMEMBER, it’s OK to pay for the whole boat at once if you prefer.

 

PAYMENT PROBLEMS?

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank to check with them first.

Some possible reasons are below:

  1. Maximum daily limit set by your bank.  Some banks have a $500 maximum per transaction & some banks have a MAX amount per day transaction that isn’t high enough.  Check with your bank so the daily limit isn’t preventing the transaction.
  2. Not enough funds in the account.

TRANSPORTATION:

The Boat Week does not arrange flights or any other form of transportation.  If you are flying, make sure to get your flights at a reasonable price.  All participants need to be at the Twin Anchors dock before 330pm ( this is necessary in order to leace the harbor on the same day).

If Boat Week participants require further details regarding flights and other forms of transportation,  please call the head office.
